Hello! Recently started dieting and I have very much enjoyed this food that I randomly thought up in front of a korean shop. It’s a kimchi wrap. It’s laid out on a rice paper, a spoonful of kimchi, one cut up chicken goujon, tiniest amount of shredded cheddar cheese, and grated carrot. Don’t have to cook anything (I have kept my chicken pre-cooked and use it up to 2 days) and its quite filling with not too much calories. The kimchi gets too tangy sometimes so I have ketchup as a dip (idk if its sacrilegious)
According to chatgpt, its about 150-180 calories (and I eat 3 of them). What do you guys think of this meal? Do you think its a good diet meal? What would you do differently if you had it?
