I am a male, 31, 170 cm tall and I am now at 105 kg. Three weeks ago I was 102kg, and I haven't changed anything about my diet, and I am eating between 2000-2500 calories a day. I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, for anything between 1-3 hours, and I walk anything from 10-20k steps every single day.
For background, I have done strength training for almost 3 years now, and I started to focus on losing weight now in September last year, when I was 115 kg. One and a half month ago I started incorporating cardio into my workouts as well to try and speed it up, and the weight dropped like crazy, it went from 108kg to 102kg in a month, as my goal was to get to under 100kg by the end of June, but now It only goes up, and it is so damn frustrating :(
According to all calorie calculators I should lose around 0.5-1kg a week with the calories I am eating and with my activity level, and going under 2k calories a day aint gonna happen with how much I am working out, I am absolutely starving when I have tried that haha
