Struggling to stay motivated on my weight loss journey looking for advice and support.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share a little about my weight loss journey so far and ask for some advice. I recently decided to start losing weight in a healthy and safe way. I am trying to eat better by choosing healthier foods and watching my portions. I am also trying to be more active by walking and doing small exercises at home.

Some days, I feel really motivated and proud of myself for making good choices. But other days, I feel tired, discouraged, or like I want to give up. It’s hard to keep my energy and excitement when progress feels slow or when life gets busy. I know that losing weight takes time, but sometimes it feels overwhelming.

I want to find ways to stay motivated every day, even when things get tough. How do you stay on track when you don’t feel like it? What small habits or routines helped you keep going? Also, how do you celebrate small wins without losing focus on your goals?
