looking for helpful advice

hello everyone!!

i’m a twenty year old female, i weigh a little under 350 lbs, and i’m almost six feet tall. i know this sounds really bad, and i’ll admit that it is. and, not to use it as an excuse, but i was raised in a home that didn’t prioritize health and it has become a part of my lifestyle. however, i want to do better and be better for myself. so far, i am down 12 lbs and that’s progress, but i want more progress.

i feel as though i’ve been trying almost everything i know to do to lose weight and it’s still not coming off as fast as i need/want it to.

i have been going to the gym consistently (about four times a week), i’ve been doing intermittent fasting, and trying to up my water intake. however, it feels like no matter what i do, it’s hard to lose weight and keep it off.

i really do want to make a change though, and get my health back on track so that i can have a healthy life. thankfully i don’t suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, or even high cholesterol.

can anyone offer me good advice on what to do so that i can lose weight? especially in targeted areas like my face, stomach, and arms.
