hey y'all ,I workout (lifting and cardio) 6 days a week ,hit 8k + steps a week have lost 115 pounds so far .im a 21 yo female and im 5"7 and i weight 197 pounds rn.My question is,i eat 1700~1800 calories a day and hit 130-160g protein per day,however on most days ,according to MFP i net about 1000~1200 cals per day after workouts .could i be eating too few calories?I wanna get to 165 and build or at least preserve the muscle that i already have.
Chat gpt said im starving my body and should bump my calories to 2000~2100 per day,but thats almost my maintenance weight and I wanna make sure to lose 2 pounds per week cuz id like to start my first bulk somewhere im september or october.What do yall think?
