I am on my weightloss journey and have stalled for the past two weeks. I'm not sure if I may be over/under eating which has caused the stall. I've also calculated my body fat percentage with 3 different methods. The us navy method says that I have 57%, the bmi method says 48%, and the 3 point skin fold method says 38%. Wildly different numbers. Previously I was losing at a rate of 1.5-2lbs a week at 1500 calories. A 1000 calorie deficit for the us navy method would be 1180, bmi method would be 1516, and skinfold method would be 1890. For reference my tdee without logging body fat percentage at 1000 calorie deficit is 1941. I am 21, female, 5ft 6in, 246 lbs (111kg), and I hit the gym 3 days a week for an hour each, half weightlifting, half cardio. I'm just lost and don't know what i should be doing to see a difference in the scale or with measurements.
