Are these calorie counting apps lying or am I doing something wrong?

I started my fitness journey 3 years ago and I have developed solid muscle and I would like to start getting leaner now. I did not really count calories when I was bulking so I can’t really remember my daily intake average.

Right now Im on a cut and I have used these calorie deficit apps to see what my daily intake needs to be to lose approximately 1-2lb/week. I am 5’9 (just turned 23) and 170lbs. I workout 5 days a week on average (10min cardio + weightlifting each session). I was surprised when I saw that to maintain I need to eat around 2700cals, I don’t think I have ever eaten that much. And apparently to lose alot of weight I will need to go on a 1500cal diet.

However right now im eating around 1800 daily which is way below my maintenance and my weight is really not moving much? Moves around 169-172lb. I have no idea how im supposed to be eating less than this. I literally eat 2 meals a day.
