Down 2kg in 2 weeks on solo weight loss retreat - what's the best "sticky" calorie tracker app you have used?

I've struggled with my weight my entire life . Never been traditionally skinny and it's always, always been a drain on mental health and confidence no matter how much I tell myself otherwise. I've tried a few different trackers but honestly I need something that's less 'intrusive' in my daily routine. Meaning, I don't want to sit at a restaurant and key in/search for foods, I don't want to "think" about tracking calories, I'm too lazy.

Curious to hear what everyone here is using. What have you found the best one is that's "sticky" ? meaning you actually stick with it months later

I'm currently on a solo weight loss month / retreat to attempt to get in shape for an upcoming wedding - down about 2kg in 2 weeks but a long way to go before I can fit into my suit from a few years back. 2 weeks to go.

- Ran 5k about 7 days, knees starting to hurt this week

- Fasted most days for 16hs the first week, not much this week as the more I go to the gym the hungrier I get.

- No chocolate in 3 weeks, actually that's a lie I gave in last week on some kinder but checked the calories and threw the remaining bars in the bin, literally 2/3 kinder bars almost doubled my daily intake, struggle is real but when it's not in your house for a quick grab in the cupboard it actually helps so much

I love taking pictures of everything I eat, I didn't see any apps out there that let me upload photos of what I've previously eaten to track calories and track intermittent fasting at the same time. In order to distract myself from going to the gym/food I needed to keep myself busy, so thought why not code something that can do this? I built an app for myself this month to track everything I eat in a month and give me a calorie breakdown - basically means I can be out eating, take a photo on the app or just a normal photo and upload later and it'll add it at the right time. Super excited with the potential because it also let's me track when I'm feeling bloated so I can do time analysis to see what foods cause it (bad memory). Definitely feel like I'm lactose intolerant / glucose but refuse to give up bread/milk. Hopefully this can help me track my moods better.

If anyone here is like me and needs a lazy way to track calories / general food intake, send me a quick message and I'd be more than happy to get you on as a tester to see if this makes it easier for any of you - obviously for free/at cost because we're in this together!?

What's working for you right now? apps, fasting? how has your month been?
