So for context I’m an 18 year old guy and right now I weigh 240 pounds at 5 ft 9 and I wanna know how many calories to eat per day to be at 180 by the end of the summer if that’s realistic and possible I do a light work out everyday consisting of 10 jumping jacks 10 push ups 10 squats 10 sit ups and 20 crunches. Prior to this I’ve lost the weight before was at 260 got down to 170 but did it in a super unhealthy way and developed bulimia I’m at a point right now where I completely trust myself to make the right decisions when it comes to my body I just need to know how many calories to eat to get to that goal any help or input would be greatly appreciated
