Question about weight loss ...

Hey everyone, I’m a minor 14 , 175 cm (5'9") tall, and currently weigh 70 kg (154 lbs). I started my weight loss journey at 103 kg (about 227 lbs) and have lost a lot so far, which I’m proud of!

Background:

I was eating around 1600 calories a day while training 4 times a week but read online that this was too low.

My maintenance calories are around 2500, so I increased my intake to about 2000 calories to lose fat more sustainably.

Since upping my calories, I noticed that my abs definition, which I had worked on for 9 months, has disappeared.

I’m still trying to lose weight but want to do it carefully to avoid losing muscle or strength.

What I’m currently doing:

2000 calories per day (about 500 calorie deficit)

Training 4 times per week (strength training + cardio)

Trying to keep a moderate pace with fat loss

What I want:

To continue losing fat without losing muscle or definition

To get advice on what to adjust next (calories, macros, training, etc.)

My question:

Should I adjust calories again? If so, up or down?
