I’ve started last summer and stopped in fall/winter… so far achieved 1/3 goal. I used to use liquid diet to lose it quickly and struggled to keep it off. So I changed my method last year to make it the last weight loss journey in my current life. But the problem I have is seeing the number stuck and sometimes even goes up with 1200 cal diet and exercise. I know time will fix it, and I feel my pants need belts now. But still…. How to fix the urge to weight everyday. I am trying to live with normal BMI by this summer. And I cannot tolerate be seen as chubby anymore because it is associated with child abuse.
Also curious about if there is anyone else with BMI 27.6… do you feel stuck. 🫠
I just hope I could avoid going to liquid diet to fix it quickly. But I really lost patience with the slow-motion lose it adventure.
