Blood sugar/ Glucose moniter

I got a glucose moniter and am going to start using it more. Is there a ideal blood sugar level that helps you loose weight? Like high blood sugar makes you hungrier then crash. Would me attempting at staying at like 100 or whatevers average with smaller meals and cheking be benificial? I don't have diabetes. Sometimes I am super dizzy and anxious and idk if its actual anxiety or low blood sugar or its my heart bc caffine so I thought this would help atleast knowing if im just hungry. I dont know what would be the most effective way to use it.
