For context I’m 30F and was weighting 76 kg in the beginning of the year. I’ve been slowly but surely been losing weight. On April 7 I weighted 66.5 kg. The next morning the weight had gone up to 68 kg. The last 4 days I’ve been sitting at 69-70 kg each morning! I haven’t changed anything in my diet or salt or water intake.. I’ve also bee feeling really bloated, I barely have any appetite so I guess its just waterweight but how do I get it off? I’m feeling so discouraged like these past few months have all been for nothing! Has anyone experienced something like this and what did you do?
