I’ve been dieting since the beginning of the year, and I am about 15 lbs down. But, these past two weeks, I’ve decided to really lock in, and start working out more and being more strict on calorie and macro counting. I’ve felt great, and was so excited to see my progress, hoping to be a few lbs down, and the scale has not budged! I was hoping for a good 4lbs, and now I’m about 5lbs behind schedule to be at my goal weight by my birthday (yes, I know it’s not a race, I know it’s a lifestyle, but a girl can still want to feel good on her special day)
I’m a bit discouraged. I haven’t been drinking tons of water, maybe I need to focus on that? Does anyone have any tips for plateaus? I haven’t lost anything for about 3 weeks now.
