So I need help(or rather reassurence I'm doing the right thing) my brother recently told me I'm getting too obsessed with weight loss since I always try to weigh ¬e down what I eat in the moment I got defensive and told him I have to since I had a visit with a dietician and a doctor(specialising in treatment of obesity & metabolic diseases) where my deficit and nutrition was adjusted and I want to stay in the deficit but idk his words kinda stuck and I'm doubting myself a little. I didn't cut out any food completely(like in the past when I ate only fruit and veg but he didn't have a problem then) but prefer to eat what was recommended to me.I'm not recording everything, everything(spices, garnish, gum etc) but I want to show my dietitian like 90-95% of what eat the good and the bad so that they can help me make better informed choices but idk maybe I am getting too obsessed with it. I'm doubting myself a little and need confirmation I'm not wrong.
