Just a thread to discuss exercise and the struggles around it. I finally got back into it today after not exercising for a week. Knee pain and the sensation of my body fat moving are the biggest obstacles for me, but I have really enjoyed working out with Lauren on Senior Shape Fitness on YouTube. Most of her videos are knee friendly, and they're not easy!
Sometimes I just can't bring myself to do it, though. It's emotionally hard for some reason, and I've always felt that way about exercise in my life. There's a lot of emotional weight around moving my body. The sensation of exercise just unsettles me? Just wanted to hear your experiences and how you've worked with your struggles to keep going.
