Simple Nutrition tracking sheets

Slap this macro/ nutrition tracking spreadsheet last night to start 2025 mainly to support my journey after consistently training for calisthenics and body recomp in the past 8 months (35M).

  • visceral fat: 5 (from 11, was really bad!)
  • body fat: 13.3 (from 19.6)
  • muscle: 48kg (from 47kg)
  • height: 167cm
  • weight: 58kg (from 72kg)

Basically you write down the food you ate for the day, and create the calendar event by the end of the day - this will keep you on track with your macros and the journey!

After showing it to my partner, she thought this simplicity might be helpful to others. So if there's interest, I can definitely look up into sharing it, however since this is tied to my GCP project for permission and stuffs I'm not sure how's best to share it.. You'll also need to create nutritionix api key, etc.
