Finally losing all excess weight

And thanks to me finally being able to build habits. I started just by reducing my plate size, then i started choosing the food more wisely to avoid being always high on sugar and eating calorie dense food, and then after consolidating this habit i started counting calories. Now it just feels natural and i dont even cut any type of food, i just eat them in a proportional way. If i had changed everything at once i would have failed every time. Small steps, long time, big wins. Im on the mindset of slowly implementing healthier habits, and specially after the recent literature pointing to possible obesogenic epigenetic regulation after being fat, it's very important to maintain these habits.
