I don’t have time to faff with incredible recipes and I’m a terrible cook anyway.
I just want easy meal suggestions for losing weight and consuming less calories.
Any snack suggestions too?
I went up to 15.7 stone in pregnancy but I’m now 11.11 stone (which is about what I was pre-pregnancy) but I’d ideally like to be 10.7 stone as that’s when I’ve previously felt at my best.
I’d rather focus on my diet than exercise but I do walk baby in her pram at least 6,000 steps a day and think I’ll up this to at least 10,000.
Any suggestions?
