My butt is a terrible shape and I'd love to find other people who had the same issue and were able to fix it. I had the same issue even when I was 90lb lighter. I've always assumed it had something to do with sitting down at a desk job for years, and I've been using a standing desk for over 5 years now with no noticible change. I do a lot of glute heavy exersizes at the gym, but again I have noticed any difference.
The issue: my butt always looks like I'm clenching it even though I'm not. There is like a lump of fat that sits very low on the centre of my butt (both cheeks) then as you go from thr middle of my back towards the outsides of my hips the out like of my butt goes up. Thank you!
