Plateau??

Hi guys, I stopped losing weight but haven’t gained any for about 6 days now. For reference I am 5’5 F at 194lbs. I’m still in a pretty intense calorie deficit (I weight everything out and track everything). I am eating at most ~1300 calories a day but most days I am just not hungry and eat about 1100-1200. Also I have a chronic disease and I am on the transplant list so I lose weight pretty quickly, in about 3 weeks I dropped 14 pounds when I’m in a calorie deficit. I know this is the part that most people give up bc they aren’t seeing any immediate improvement and I definitely am not going to do that but just wanted to know is this normal and what to expect. I am kind of on my cycle right now (just got IUD in December and have been having consistent light/mild bleeding since the second week of december)
