Realistically - What can I do about my weight?

Hii,

I'm a 27F that recently gained 27 lbs while going back to school and working full time! I decided to go back and complete my pre-requisites for PA school and took on a bunch of accelerated courses that didn't allow me any time to even ENJOY my life. I gained this all in a matter of 2 months (lots of sedentary lifestyle/snacking while studying and ordering food). I am currently 5'3 at 169 lbs. I have never in my entire life been this heavy and it is taking a toll on my mental health. I have also been told that I am pre-diabetic! SHOCKING.

How long will it take me to realistically lose about 30 lbs? Any ideas?
