getting back on track?

recently i struggle with getting back on track after a long maintenance break. i previously lost 95lbs via classic CICO (5’5, sw 240lbs, lw 145), and i’m currently sitting around 150-155. i stopped counting calories or focusing on my eating that much.

i’ve tried multiple times to get back on track with different methods: the tried & true calorie counting, portioning, eating until 70% full, etc. but i find that it’s a lot harder to stick to this time around, and i’m a lot more prone to emotional eating & binge eating. has anyone in this situation gotten past it? do you have any recommendations? thank you!
