Advice on Balancing Body Structure and Fitness Goals

Hi everyone, I’m a 26-year-old male, 180 cm tall, and weigh 82 kg. I’ve noticed that my body shape resembles an hourglass structure—my thighs are relatively fat, and my waist is quite narrow in comparison. I’d like to work on achieving a more balanced, lean physique.

  1. Should I focus on increasing muscle mass around my waist and upper body, or should I work on reducing thigh fat?

  2. What bodyweight exercises or training programs would you recommend to address these goals?

  3. I aim to achieve a lean yet proportional structure; is this realistic with bodyweight exercises, or should I incorporate weight training?

I’m open to suggestions and would appreciate detailed advice or even personal experiences!
