crash dieting advice?

So some background first

Back in 2021(?) around 15 or 16 I was deeply ashamed of my body and was advised to immediately start dieting or risk death by a doctor (who all my life called me names and constantly shit on me) where I was around 150 ish kg at 5’11

While doing intermittent fasting, I accidentally discovered crash dieting with a specific method that made me lose 1 kg a day, and was only encouraged by my family. Eating around 600 calories with a small one day break during the weekends. The worst thing is I probably did this for 2 years, until I got into 15% fat 85 kg at 6’1 and I started to break the diet slowly by slowly adding calories and such, which did show considerable improvement to my metabolism.

Out of nowhere I had to move and I had to say to pretty much everyone and everything in my life, even worse my mom got into the hospital and ridden with sepsis, Idk if you’d call it depression but It felt like one. So for a week I and my dad pretty much moved everything in our house, and even though I didn’t feel like I was eating too much I gained like 30 kg during the process, and another 5 kg during the school year since I hated everything about that school.

I’m doing better now 100%, and i’m not too unhealthy, I have no deficits and no problems other than being a fatty at 120 kg and 6’1. But where do I go from here? Every time I try to diet again I get severely bored and anxious and start eating again, and it doesn’t help that no one in my family takes my diet seriously anymore and keep buying me foods I can’t eat on a diet and it doesn’t help that I start college in a year

I do think I have a severe problem with food as a coping mechanism or something. Seems like i’m always hungry for something, even resorted to eating calçot with white bread since I was just so hungry. It seems more mellowed out now, mostly just cravings controlling me but I just don’t know what to do, traditional dieting doesn’t seem to work for me nor does anything else but crash dieting

any advice is appreciated

please and thank u
