Any tips on body recomp diet/exercise plan?

From January to September (2024) I worked on losing weight while gaining muscle. Got in my protein and ate in a calorie deficit but never tracked other macros besides that. I was losing weight and gaining muscle but I started to feel stuck towards August and seemed like I stopped losing any more weight and gained less muscle (but wasn’t losing any muscle) even thought my diet and exercise was still pretty good. I stopped going to the gym when school started because I’m constantly doing work and studying all day and night and could never seem to get myself to the gym and just slowly stopped going. Now that I’m on break I’m really starting to miss the gym and my lifestyle I had before. Does anyone have and tips on how I could balance this last semester with going to the gym? Personally, I do prioritize school more than the gym so my plan was to take rest days the days before exams and tests so I could take all day/night to study but go to the gym the rest of the days of the week. Also does anyone have a good busy schedule workout plan/meal ideas to continue losing some weight and building muscle?
