5-6 Month Physique transformation Goal

Hey everyone, so I Have been on my weightloss journey for about 12 weeks now. Started around 260-265 and now I am 235. The thing is, I have been stuck at 235 for the last 6 weeks. I've made a lot of changes based on what i read to get to this point, and I feel good. Hell, reading a lot of stories in this reddit have been inspiring. I know that I have to have patience and diligence to reach my goal, but clearly I hit wall.

During this journey, I got a umbilcal Hernia. I just had surgery and won't be able to do any seriously lifting until January 8th. Between now and then, I intend to heal, study, and get a plan together to make my goal of being sub 200 lbs and around or below 12% body fat by July-August 2025. I want to get muscle, get ripped. But I need help.

I can't afford a personal trainer after my surgery, its just not possible. And the internet is just so saturated with tips, plans, and products. I am hoping there are people here who could either work with me or at least point me at some articles, journals, ect... to help me make my own workout/meal plans.

Overall goal: 180-200lbs, 12% body fat.
Current status: 235 lbs, (rough estimation) 29% body fat
Timeline: 5-6 months (Full start in January, when fully healed from surgery)

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
