Hey there! I have decided to change my eating habits since they are unhealthy and since I look for ways to lose weight in the long run. However, I do not know the basics of what is needed for a healthy diet. For instance, how exactly do I read the nutritional values (make our what's important on there, if the given value is "a lot" etc)? Or what do I have to consider in general?
If it helps here are my vague stats: 21 male, 175cm/5'9" tall, ~85kg/~187lbs in weight
