I'm a 24 cis male and have been overweight since a kid, but it's not any condition. I literally have bigger boobs than my last gf and my current interest lol
I very badly want to get in as good a shape as possible in the upcoming 2 months. I want to continue past that time frame, but it is really important for me to do as much as possible the first 2 months. Stomach and chest are particularly problematic I think. Pls help me figuring out nutrition, work out, etc
