After three months of training and calorie deficit (eat 1800 kcal a day, 3x yo Male), finally reaching 10% body fat. My facial appearance is at my peak when body fat isn't above 12%, but the question is I don't know the best plan to control calorie for maintenance, is there a point I should cut again? Like what if I get back to 12% after a week, should I start cutting immediately? I cannot maintain a very small deficit or surplus every day. I don't know when I should eat less and I don't want to lose muscle again.
