Two days ago when I lifted, I pushed to fatigue more than I normally do. Yesterday I woke up quite sore. I also ended up eating somewhere between 3000-3500 calories. And THEN I woke up this morning to my period having started (and still sore).
Given all 3 of the issues above... all 3 known to cause fluid shifts... if you compound them all together into one "episode", how much weight would you expect to see on the scale?
Not sure if current body size matters, but I'm 42F, 5'9 and 135
Sore muscles, extra calories/carbs/food mass, and period hormones. Anyone experience this scenario before?
