I'm still very new to this (only about 3 weeks ago I decided to take control of my life) and I'm very dependent on labels/packaging/apps to know what I'm taking in. Which has worked so until today.
We went to a lovely family meal today and my fiance's aunt cooked the most gorgeous french meals as a buffet. I tried to keep my portions small (one slice of this, two pieces of cubed chicken, a teaspoon of homemade pickled cabbage etc and a single slice of cake with no cream/ice cream.)
I set out to enjoy myself within reason but now we're home and it's really stressing me out that I can't accurately count what I've consumed. The app I use has preset meals I've used as estimates/guesses but I don't know if there's a better way to do this
