Trying to lose the last few percent of fat

Basic stats

Im 5'7, 25 years old at 151 pounds.

I do heavy lighting 4 times a day. around 90 minutes with breaks between sets 2 days chest and tri, 1 day back and bi, and 1 day shoulder and legs. 3-4 sets per exercise, 3 exercise per muscle group and then abs.

I am also running 3 times a week, around 10 miles in total pacing at 8 minute mile.

My current diet plan is around 160g of carbs, 150g of carbs and 36g of fat (fat might be even Lower because the fat drips off into the air fryer tray). Eating at around 1750 calories (sometimes give or take an extra 100 calories).

I recently started trying zigzag diet, with saturday being my high calorie day at around 2400 and usually thats my 1 day a week going out so I fill it up with alcohol (after putting down at least 1 big meal so ill get at least 100g of protein for the day).

Good muscle definition, can see muscle muscle striation in my shoulder caps and chest when I move my arms around, can see the top 4 abs after abs or cardio, but a lot of fat around my lower 2. *my dad/uncle are all skinny fat, they are skinny but all have the fat around the stomach, so maybe genetically im just fucked unless im really trying to dial it in and cut out all drinking*

I understand that you cant target specific area for fat loss, but at my current eating plan, I have been unable to lose any more weight. I know part of it is because its summer and I am drinking but I am struck with my diet and haven't been able to make any progress the past month and half now.I have been cutting for over 3 months.

Questions:

  1. Does my caloric intake look correct? or should I decrease/increase the calories?
  2. Do I need reset my diet, eating at maintenance for a week or 2 and go back to maintenance to break this plateau?

  3. Would eating more fat (I should be at 50g instead of 36g) make the difference without changing the calorie intake? I know too little (which is what I am at right now) can affect your hormonal balance and all that.
