I lost a ton of weight back in 2020 - went from 160 to 135 but I was only eating like 500-600 calories. I've been off the gym routine cause I couldn't afford when i got let g from my previous job.
I do home weight workouts/vr cardio plus treadmill 2x a day. I'm 5'6 F and 175 but I look leaner than i did at 160 bc I have more muscle mass now but I've been stuck at this weight for literal months. It's sooooo mentally draining. I'm been on a deficit for a bit and wondering if I'm eating too little? I eat around 1200-1300 with more focus on protein. Helpppppp
