I am a 6' 7 male and started my weight lose journey at 304 lb, my losest weight for two days in a row now is 269 lb. I weighted in the lower 270s all of last week. I have limited my calorie intake each day to 1800 calories and on sundays I try to fast or have a very low calories day. I meal prep half of my meals each week to make sure they have plenty of protein and filling foods so im not concerned with how sustainable my diet is. My concern is that i only started this on June 8th, putting my weight lose at around 5lb a week. Ive always read not to go over 2lb a week. I dont think ive had any negative side effects from my calorie intake. So should I be concerned with the rate that I am dropping weigh?
