Ripe on how to get past the first 5 pounds

Hi, im a 24F (230lbs) trying to loose 30 pounds. Since I’ve been in uni I’ve gained a significant amount of weight. I want to lose weight but I’ve been struggling to get past the first 5 pounds. I’ve been meal prepping, going on daily walks, cutting out sugary drinks(replaced it with Poppi), and trying to include more protein and fiber in my diet. But it’s so hard. I’m tired of people always commenting on my weight gain. I’ve lost 5 pounds but I keep going back to my og weight and then losing the 5 again. Any advice on how to push past those first 5 pounds would be greatly appreciated.
