Hack for people addicted to carbs: switch out your flour and carb products

I made this subtle change in my diet months ago but I now rarely eat white flour, white bread etc. I started with Ezekiel bread and moving to whole grain and 12 grain products, then switched out my baking flour to spelt and whole wheat flour, switched my pasta to whole wheat, and switched my crackers to whole wheat or rye. It's made a huge difference for my hunger and carb cravings. I feel way fuller, I add lots of fiber to my diet, and I ultimately eat less carbs. I also lost the sugar cravings and bread cravings. If you're looking for a way to better your diet and not give up carbs completely I would start here. I now feel like I eat and crave less carbs in general since I started doing this! I've also enjoyed eating things like muffins and loaves with spelt flour that makes me fuller.

Hoping this tip helps others. I didn't switch all at once I started switching whenever I ran out of my white flour product so it also wasn't a big drastic change since it does taste different.
