Am I overdoing it?

I’m a 25 year old female who recently started to add a workout routine to my daily life to help with mental health and to get stronger overall. I started out at around 243 lbs. (I’m 5’6”)

6 times a week I go to the gym and do 30-45 minutes on the stationary bike. I started out at level 1 and have worked my way up to level 4. After that I do 15-30 minutes on a rowing machine. If time allows I’ll do a couple minutes of weight training on the batca link dual function LD-1 and then a couple minutes on the batca link LD-2 machine. (Around 40-60 lbs on each machine).

So my question is, am I overdoing it by doing this 6 times a week? Should I take 2 rest days? I’ve lost down to around 225.4 lbs in 6 weeks.

Is there anything else I can do to help myself? I take apple cider vinegar and green tea extract supplements, drink as much water as I can, and try to eat around 1200 calories a day.
