Loss advice

OK! I have an idea of how I can diet on my limited income in an easy way, but I'd like yalls 2c.

I am poor. I did not have money for food and I'm missing half my rent this fortnight poor. I also have shitty mental health and being 99kg at 5"5' does not help that one bit. I had an idea after binging 600pound life this week to loose weight without more stress in an already stressful situation.

I have alot of eggs. Chicken eggs. And I have alot of tuna. Would eating 2 eggs and a can of tuna twice a day, with one meal of frozen veggies (1ish cup) be an all right diet for a while? I'm very fortunate in that I have friends who invite me over 2 or 3 times a week for some proper home cooked food since money is so tight for me, so it's not just tuna and eggs all the time.

Is high protein low cal an actual recognised good thing to do? I also have a woman's multivitamin I will take as well.

I'm feeling like this would be a great thing to do. If I can loose 20-30kg I'd be fucking ecstatic and I feel like my mental health would be a hell of alot better. It will also help me get through the obscene amount of eggs I seem to acquire πŸ˜‚

(I have ferrets and made the mistake of letting the 5yo next door thats has chickens play with my first ferret Luna when i first moved in (RIP) so now every week he brings me 12 eggs for the "wormbles". They get 4 eggs a week. The rest keep piling up and I have eggs up to my ears πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)
