Feeling lost

I moved to a new state a year ago for medical school which takes up most of my time, meaning I spend most of my day sitting down studying to be able to keep up, when I first arrived I was 170 (I’m a 5’4 male so already slightly high) and throughout my first year I have gained 100 pounds and do not fit into any of my clothes and now I am starting to feel depressed about my body so I’ve started occasionally running and I have been eating slightly better but not as healthy as can be and I haven’t lost any weight in a month and the cycle of anxiety and depression is getting worse and I just don’t know what to do before I start gaining even more weight, I want to develop a routine or something along those lines to start moving in the right direction.
