I’ve been on a calorie deficit for almost 4 months and I’ve lost like 10-15 pounds. I’ve noticed that at the gym I do the same intensity as I’ve always done where I’m working out non stop and pushing myself and sweating but according to my Apple Watch I burn only 200-300 calories during it. Before I would burn 400-600. What is happening? I eat 85 grams of protein or more a day and go to the gym regularly. I don’t know if my body is just using calories more efficiently therefore I’m burning less now that I’m more fit? Or if it’s harder to lose calories the less weight you are. Also if anyone knows why this is what are some ways I can get back to burning more calories like I used to?
