Should I continue this cut?

Should I continue this cut? Recently my wife and I had a baby and l've been averaging about 5 hours of sleep a night because of the baby waking up frequently. I can't take naps during the day to make up for the sleep. Should I take a break from my cut and eat at maintenance? I ask you all for advice because l've read somewhere that less than 7 hours of sleep and eating in a deficit will lead to far more muscle loss than fat loss. Thank you all in advance!

Im 37 male and currently weigh 157. My body fat (if I had to take a guess) is about 20%. One of my goals is to take get down to 15% body fat but I don’t want to continue this cut if that means I’m going to lose more muscle than fat and then end up skinny fat where my weight is more or less the same but less muscle and more/same fat.

I’m thinking to eat at maintenance till the baby starts sleeping 6-7 hours at a time so I can recover properly and have the correct flow of hormones on my side (I.e ghrelin and testosterone)
