So i’m (f) 5’8” and 230lbs. My goal is to get down to 180. I’ve cut out alcohol and soda and calories to 1700 a day. (I was previously drinking heavily and having 2500+ a day) I even bought a food scale to make sure I wasn’t overestimating calories.
The problem is that I’ve been consistent in working out and hitting my nutrition goals for the last 2 MONTHS and the scale has only moved 2 POUNDS!! 😭
I have noticed my clothes getting bigger and losing a dress pant size but I want to see the scale go down and I’m worried it’ll never go below 200 again. Am I doing something wrong or overreacting?
