Hi! I’m a 5’9”(F) and 154lbs. I’ve got a mid-sized build, with a flat, somewhat toned stomach, visible ribs, skinny arms, and protruding hip bones. However, my legs are still big. They’re a little smaller than they were 10lbs ago, but they’re still bulky. It seems to be a combination of muscle and fat. I’ve had cellulite and bigger thighs since I was in my mid teens. I’ve never been able to get it to go away fully, even when I was a distance runner in school. My calves are big too—but not in an aesthetic, sculpted muscle way. They’re just big. Again, muscle and some fat. I’ve also still got some fat in my face. I have a roundish face shape, but even so it’s very noticeable from certain angles. I want it to look more defined instead of the more amorphous shape it is now. It’s infuriating. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get rid of fat in these areas. Any recommendations? I feel like certain parts of my body don’t match up with others. I walk/jog 4-5 miles 4-5 times a week, and also do core exercises for about 30 minutes 3 times a week. I rarely eat dessert. Moreover, I eat two meals a day, generally, and try to keep my calorie intake below 1650.
