Hello!
I am very impressed and also very interested about how you guys managed to maintain your goal weight for such a long time. Since I know that a clear majority regain the weight within 5 years. I myself reached my goal weight a month ago, SW 200 to GW 160lbs, M38 and 5’10.
And I struggle with urges to overeat whole days. I think about eating all the time. Even if I try to eat often, I feel the need to eat more. I eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, that helps me a lot. I never eat candy, fast food etc. I urge for the decently healthy foods like fruits, hard bread, unsweetened yoghurt etc.
