Hi, I am a 25M, 125kg (275lbs) and this past 2 weeks I have taken the serious step of eating less. The thing is I am in a very complicated part of my life right now both emotionally and financially wise, and so I use food as emotional support, which obviously has led me to be so overweight in the first place. I don't know how to hold myself from eating. That's all I think about right now but I need to change as health issues have slowly started up and I don't want them to become worse. I need help
