Has anyone managed to stay consistent with a very young baby?

I recently had my first baby, she's now six months old. Before I got pregnant I was on a weight loss journey and managed to lose about 20 pounds by calorie counting, cooking healthy meals from scratch everyday and making sure I did 10k steps per day. I still needed to lose about another 20-30 pounds to be at my ideal weight, but then I got pregnant.

After I had my baby, I was basically back to square one with my weight. I managed to lose it all again by the time she was about 3-4 months, but because of lack of time and being tired, I wasn't doing it in a healthy way like before. I was basically depriving myself, not eating very nutritious food, and not doing any exercise. It made me feel like utter crap, but I pushed through it because I hated what I saw in the mirror.

I've now reached a point where I just can't do it anymore and when I have difficult days with her (which is most days at the moment, because she's teething) I am comfort eating. I'm also back to work almost full time, so I feel like I don't have the mental or physical energy to exercise, meal plan or cook at the moment.

Has anyone else managed to lose weight in a healthy way and stay consistent while having a young baby? Any words of encouragement or advice?
