What’s going on?

Hey guys so I (male) have started working out almost a month ago as well I started my calorie deficit a month ago. I was 190lbs, 5'10 18 years old, 2 weeks later I lost 8 pounds and was down to 182. All of a sudden 1 night I went back up by 4 pounds, currently been sitting at 186. l have been doing my deficit pretty on track so far. I take 2 scoops of protein for a total of 50g and 10 g of creatine. It is kind of hard to sometimes meet my protein goal so l was also wondering if I can take 3 scoops of protein? I have been doing weight training for 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio. But somehow I still have been sitting at 186 lbs for over a week. I have noticed significant changes in my strength but not in my weight. My goal is to loose fat but for some reason I don't seem to be going down in weight. Does anyone know why this might be?
