Once again in the “I’m going to start tomorrow!” phase of the weight loss journey. I was weighed at the doctor today and went ahead and logged it in the lose it app. I haven’t used it for calorie counting in months but I do like to log my weights when I get them. Right now I’m 5’3 155.4lbs. I was looking back at my past weight logs, and I lost a good amount of weight this time last year in just one month. I remember being very consistent with the gym and calorie counting.
According to the app, I was 153lbs on 01/04/23, and got down to 145.8lbs on 01/30/23. And then my one month spurt began to simmer down and now here I am. Is there a way to look back at the calorie data for that month? I’m just curious what my intake vs burned amount was
