STATS: 140 lbs. 5'8, M16.
(If you are curious on what I look like, what my exercise is, or other stats involving weight loss and as such, feel free to check my previous post here where I spoke about it.)
Just wondering if this is a solid weight to maintain for now. I know the BMI calculator will say I'm in the "normal" range, but shouldn't I be in fitness and athletic categories instead? It makes more sense to me anyway. For anyone here who knows as well, do you think I should cut more or bulk more at this weight? I'm leaning more to cutting, but I just wanted some opinions on the matter. Thanks!
